Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel a session 08 hours prior notice is requested. There is no refund policy, although we do provide a trial session prior to the sign up.
Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, the online tutoring services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased.
To schedule sessions you can email to customercare@retlmtutors.com to schedule the tutoring sessions.
You can either suggest and have reserved days in the week or email us 01 day in advance to schedule the sessions.
The nature of the online tutoring services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services
Notes
- Each Package can be shared for different subjects.
- As per the sibling policy same package can be utilized by different students in a family.
- Validity of these packages is for a period one 01 year.
